The refund spree is going as part of justice for a group of milk producers who were accused and convicted of artificially fixing/inflating the price of dairy products.
According to court decision, it orders the milk producers to have a refund program for all consumers who purchased milk from the producers are eligible for a $70 refund.
The refund was part of the settlement from the class action lawsuit filed againsg the milk producers.
The group known as the Cooperatives Working Together, the group of dairy producers as reflected to their name by colluding with one another to create artificial scarcity and forcing consumers to buy milk in much higher prices.

According to some report, they even done worse than shafting their customers is the fact that they unnecessarily slaughtered 500,000 cows—creating a sense of scarcity in the marketplace to justify jacking up the price of dairy products.

The site said, customers purchased milk since 2003 up to present are eligible for the refund.
The CWT can’t be unpunished as they have been mandated by the court to pay off a total of $52 million to consumers and buyers.
Meanwhile, larger organizations that purchased dairy from the association may also be eligible for hundreds of dollars in refunds.
The eligible customers must fill out a form at boughtmilk.com before the end of January.
