“Upon conviction, they declined to pay fine about 100 Thousand U.S Dollars and opted instead to serve a subsidiary imprisonment term for half year.”

    – DOES THAT MEAN, THAT IF THEY DON’T PAY THEY CAN CHOOSE TO GO TO JAIL? THEN, THEY CHOSE TO SERVE THE SENTENCE, AND NOW THEY HAVE SERVED 06 MONTHS ALREADY, SO NO CHOICE THEY HAVE TO BE FREED ACCORDING TO OUR LAW…. DI BA DAPAT FINE+IMPRISONMENT? AS THEY POACHED ON ENDANGERED SPECIES, AND THEY WERE CAUGHT IN PH TERRITORY?

THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT HAS THE RIGHT THIS TIME TO DEMAND KASI TAPOS NA PARUSA NILA. IF WE EVER HAVE BETTER LAWS FOR LAWBREAKERS…HAAAYYSST DOOMED COUNTRY…KAWAWA NAMAN TAYO NAGSISIKAP MABUHAY NG MAAYOS..
